The CARE project advocates that personal data should be managed by the data owner independently in medical services. In the Care project, SBTs (Soulbound Tokens) are issued to those who receive treatment at clinics, and we will start this at our two partner clinics, "CLINIC 9ru" and "THE PREVENTION CLINIC TOKYO". Of course, A traditional medical record will be also available simultaneously, so patients can select which type of record they want to use.
A patient can disclose his/her SBT (Soul Bound Token) information to others who need the data, such as medical institutions, by releasing Soul as asked. Then, the medical institution is able to see patient’s data, provide suitable treatment to the patient, and record the medical history
